When I was nine years old, I was lucky enough to be part of a children's cooking class. This opportunity was not only fun, but also felt glamorous (I imagined future, lovely dinner parties). That class inspired a love of baking and a brownie – a very fudgy brownie that I perfected over the years in my mother's kitchen. It became my signature recipe which I kept secret and always brought out for holidays, special occasions and as gifts.

I graduated from law school and was practicing law in Chicago before I realized that I really wanted to follow my heart and do what I love. That was the beginning of Blissful Brownies! Blissful Brownies continues to be my passion, and I believe my original recipes are the best. They are fudgy, unusually delicious and handmade in small batches using the highest quality ingredients and are beautifully packaged. Experimenting with flavors, varieties and new combinations, while still maintaining our high standards of quality, is both challenging and enjoyable.
