We ship our packages FedEx Ground or FedEx Three Day, depending on the 
delivery area and which method will arrive sooner. Please Note: This refers 
to shipping time only. Our brownies are baked to order, so please allow for 
baking time. If you need a delivery on a specific day, please let us know! Call 
1.8oo.414.2075. We really do not want to disappoint and will make every effort 
to accommodate your needs. You may expedite your order by shipping either 
2nd Day or Overnight for an additional charge. We are sorry, but shipping 
to foreign countries is currently not available. Please refer to our website or 
call 1.8oo.414.2075 for more information regarding shipping for peak and 
holiday times.

Return Policy }

If you are not pleased with your brownies

We are proud of our brownies and want you to love them as much as we do! If you are not satisfied, with your brownies, please notify us and we will either refund your money or offer to send you another box free of charge. Please note: If you have not purchased your brownies, but have received them as a gift, we cannot issue a refund, but are happy to ship replacement brownies. 

If your package does not arrive

If you place an order online, the address label is created directly from your order form. If you provided an incorrect address, or the recipient refuses the package and the package is returned to us, you will be notified. We cannot refund your money, but we are happy to send new brownies for half price, however you must pay the full shipping costs.
